About Ensoft

We work with major US product vendors to deliver software solutions for the routers that run both the Internet and large corporate networks.

Development is based on Ensoft’s renowned EnQuality development methodology. This approach embraces the innovation of our engineers and provides a framework of collaboration within the team, yet affords management control to ensure high quality and that we meet our delivery dates.

The company is privately held and has been highly profitable since its incorporation in 1997 growing to an annual turnover of over 7.5 million pounds. This success is in no small part based on the exceptional level of knowledge and expertise within the team and the application of the EnQuality methodology, but it is underpinned by the calibre of our annual graduate recruits and the dedication of our team to the training and personal development of everyone within the company.

We are interviewing for internships on Tuesday 14th February in Cambridge and Tuesday 21st February in Oxford. If you are interested in applying then the closing date for applications is 5pm on Thursday 9th Feburary and Thursday 16th February respectively.

With good, fun people to work with; enjoyable, challenging work; a flexible, open company; good pay and the odd trip to California, I've yet to find a reason to think about going elsewhere.
