Ensoft follows a strict development methodology, which embodies the key aspects of all successful software development.

• Detailed project management, status reporting and tracking (e.g. estimating and tracking all tasks to the nearest man-day), to ensure schedules can be managed and milestones achieved.
• Real emphasis on design - ensuring issues are addressed and thought out before coding begins, thus ensuring the detailed implementation is neither wasted, nor suffers in quality due to unnecessary reworking.
• Rigorous coding standards and review of all work. This is backed up by defect tracking and maximises the number of problems found at source rather than in testing (which can lead to slips in test phases) or in the field (which leads to low product quality and acceptance).

These standards are defined in the EnQuality procedures manual. EnQuality follows the ISO 9000 standards. We use electronic filing and the involvement of the directors of Ensoft in all projects to ensure adherence to the standards.
